The NASSCOM Innovation Community Awards have been institutionalized for recognizing outstanding contributions made by members. The Rewards & Recognitions and the criteria for the Rewards are mentioned below:
NIC STARS AWARD
These awards recognize the star contributors and leaders who through their actions within the community provide leadership by shaping the dialogue, provide thought leadership towards the objectives of the TZen Community, guide other members to success and contribute significantly towards the objectives of the T-Zen Community

Award Announcement
The Phase I Awards will be for activities carried out by members upto the period of January 10, 2009. The Award nominations will be presented to an Independent jury and the winners announced between January 15th and 31st, 2009. Thereafter Awards for Phase II will be announced.
NIC Star Awards - 10 No.s X Rs. 5000 value each The awards will be in the form of suitable vouchers from leading retail brands viz. Shoppers' Stop, Wills Lifestyle, Westend , Crossword Bookstores, Delegate Tickets to relevant Conferences etc.
Each Award will be accompanied by an appreciation letter from the current Chairman of NASSCOM.
The Awards will also be announced within NASSCOM Website and Communities including PlanetAikon
