Arvind Jha, Co-founder, Movico Technolgies.
Before launching Movico Technologies, Arvind was the President of Monsoon Multimedia where he was involved in developing a technology for streaming television/video wirelessly and via the internet - which won the "Product Innovation Award" from NASSCOM in 2007. Arvind Jha has over 21 years of software product development and business experience in senior management roles with leading Indian and US software companies. Over the years Arvind has built, managed and led significant engineering teams, has spearheaded business and technical development of multimedia brand products, and has been involved in all aspects of remote engineering from component delivery to full product engineering and solutions implementation.
Before Monsoon, Arvind was with Adobe India where he was instrumental in building the Adobe India R&D campus from under 10 engineers to over 400 in just 7 years. At Adobe, Arvind led the team that developed PageMaker 7.0 which is widely recognized as the first global product engineered out of an India campus - starting the trend of building full products in Indian development centers, not just at Adobe, but in other companies as well.
In his pre-Adobe days, Arvind worked as Principal Software Engineering at Polaroid India Private Ltd., leading the team responsible for delivering key software components for digital cameras, printers and imaging applications.
Arvind received a B. Tech (Honors) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, and is a national rank-holding scholar at the school level.

Dorai Thodla, Founder, iMorph Inc
Prior to founding iMorph, Inc., Dorai served as V.P. Engineering at Coromandel Industries Inc..At present, Dorai is a member of TiE and ACM. Dorai serves as Founder at iMorph, Inc. and is located in San Jose, CA.
Dorai attended Anna University where he studied Electronics and Telecommunication and earned a Bachelors degree in 1971. Dorai's core expertise includes Database and Semantic Web technologies, Creating software products, Bootstrapping companies, Teaching and Mentoring.
In his personal time, Dorai enjoys Blogging, Teaching, Learning, Business Networking and Reading non-fiction and SciFi.

Lakshman Pillai, Founder & CEO, LPcube.
He is leading a team of talented people to architect and market an innovative KM solutions. He has delivered thought provoking presentations on "effective" KM in conferences, provided KM consulting to knowledge enterprises across the globe and has published interesting articles on KM. Lakshman Pillai has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology and Knowledge Management (KM). After gaining both technical and leadership skills for twelve years and feeling the importance of KM in this knowledge era, he has founded Lpcube Systems in 2001 and Dexlau Consulting in 2002 to transform his KM vision into a reality.
Before starting this business venture, he spent seven exciting years with Oracle Asia Pacific in Singapore. In Oracle, he managed Knowledge Systems & Services and Partner Technical Services team to help partners build, market & deploy solutions. He introduced KM strategy to lead his team into the future. He has traveled extensively to various countries in Asia Pacific, USA and France and got enlighten opportunities to observe and feel the differences in culture and economy.
Before joining Oracle, he started his career with WIPRO INFOTECH, Bangalore, INDIA and spent five valuable years. WIPRO was his dream company even during his college days. His determination, learning power, focus and the amazing achievements helped him get into WIPRO. During his tenure with WIPRO, he has worked on many R&D projects at Novell Inc, USA and at Sun Microsystems, Singapore. His in-depth knowledge and dedication in benchmarking and delivering high value to customers helped the company win many large deals.
He is a member of "The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE)" - Chennai chapter, Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).

Narasimhan (Kishore) Mandyam is CEO of PK4.
Kishore has been in the software industry for over 22 years. As a developer at Infosys, he built software systems on IBM mainframes in the US. He later co-founded Ampersand, a software services company, and leveraged both organic growth and acquisitions to grow annual sales to over $ 8 MN. In 2005, he co-founded PK4 with the specific intent of dramatically changing the way software is developed. He is involved in the overall design of PK4's products and in taking them to market quickly and effectively. Kishore is an electrical engineer from UVCE, Bangalore, India.

Nari Kannan is Founder and CEO of Ajira.
Nari brings 18 years of business and technology experience leading companies as President & CEO, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, Nari served as Vice President of Engineering at Ensenda, a company offering last mile supply chain routing & fulfillment solutions. Prior to this, Nari was the CTO of Kadiri, a human resources software company and CTO of Ensera, a venture funded company (acquired by Mitchell International, Inc in 2001) providing centralized online auto insurance claims processing services. Prior to Ensera, he was the founder and CEO of Colorado Springs-based Zelos Technologies, and previous to that, Vice President of Technology at Equinox Solutions. Nari began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer. Nari holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Loyola College, and an M.B.A Degree from the University of Madras in Madras, India. He graduated with an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1985.

Sarada CEO, Computers International and CI.COM (P) LTD.
Like every achiever, Sarada has reached this position after facing many hurdles from different quarters and over coming them with her grit and determination that "Its Possible". Sarada was a housewife a decade ago. She started Computers International as a small computer education Unit in 1996, which has grown into a world class IT company today with 100+ employees and 180+ clients spread over USA , Canada , South Africa and Australia .
The key contribution for her continuing success is her twin " Customer Centric " and " Employee centric " focus and an eye on On Time Zero Defect Delivery . This dedication brought "National Award for Small Scale Entrepreneur - 2003" which she received from the then Honorable Vice President of India , Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. The height of her achievement was when she received "Best Woman Entrepreneur of the Country - 2004" award from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Honorable President of India . It's a pride having achieved the "Special Awards SSI for Outstanding Women Entrepreneur for 2004-2005" from Export Promotion Council of India (ESC). With her all-round involvement , the company has so far achieved 9 awards , which she dedicates to the hard work of her employees.

Suresh Sambandam Founder & CEO of OrangeScape.
Technocrat with product engineering knowledge in expert systems, inference engines, Constraint Engines and Hierarchical Computation Engine (OrangeScape).Applied for multiple US & WIPO patents at HP, Selectica and in OrangeScape. Held senior position as Director of e-Insurance Product division at Selecitca (NASDAQ Listing, SLTC). Managed a large product development group, which was later bought by Accenture.Worked in Hewlett-Packard R&D extension labs in the Bangalore. I was instrumental in the architecture and design of telecom software products in the area of Fraud Detection. Have a total experience of 15 years in the Software Industry.
