Startup Jobs for Dummies – Myths, Facts
& Opportunities:
One of the things we hear most often is that
the success of a start up largely depends on the people in it. What does this
mean? How do you identify the right people? When is the right time to get
them on board? How far should a  start up stretch to get them on
board? Where do you find these people? The session on Startup Jobs
for Dummies at the Product Conclave and Expo, 2009, aims to address all hiring
related questions that exist on employers and employees minds and expose
interesting opportunities.

Panel
discussion focus on real hiring issues, solutions and bust myths about start up
jobs. Speakers at the panel discussion are below:  Ashish Gupta – MD at
Helion Ventures,  KJ Singh – Principal Architect at Tejas Networks,  Kiran
