Africa is much more than an adventurer’s paradise. It offers an exciting market opportunity for an emerging company looking beyond the tried and tested paths to Europe and North America. In the Overview article, we examine the main contours of doing business in the continent.
Going beyond market trends this EMERGE issue also delves deep into the experiences of two companies that have explored Africa with success. One of these is Estel Technologies, a company that has been offering its mobile commerce and transaction solutions in Africa for almost a decade. In a free wheeling inteview, the company’s Managing Director Raj Hajela talks us through his experiences of doing business in the continent.
